An ancient curse that originated in Egypt reawakens years later in a mysterious Istanbul mansion. Summoned by his dying grandfather, young Can arrives at the mansion with his girlfriend and friends; however, the moment they enter, they are cut off from the outside world by a fog and drawn into a deadly game. As a supernatural force linked to a cursed painting exposes the mansion's secrets and betrayals among the group, the members begin to be hunted down one by one. Struggling to survive, Başak realizes that the curse extends not only to the past but also to the future, forcing her to face a terrifying choice: either stop the curse or become part of it. The shocking truth revealed in the finale demonstrates that evil cannot be destroyed—it merely changes form.
