Oregon, 1933. After his wife’s death, Samuel Murphy ends up in a work camp under the strict supervision of Warden Clancy. Murphy’s goal is to regain custody of his daughter, Penny. However, the warden’s plans for gold smuggling, the dangerous wilderness, and the threat of betrayal from within his own ranks throw his plans into disarray.
