Set in Paris in 1916, in the shadow of World War I, the story focuses on artist Amedeo Modigliani’s tumultuous three days. In a story unfolding against the backdrop of police pressure, the devastation of war, and personal dilemmas, Modì plans to leave the city because he feels his work is not appreciated. During this time, he leads a chaotic life alongside his friends Maurice Utrillo, Chaim Soutine, and his muse, Beatrice Hastings. Surrounded by police, criticism, and bombs, Modì questions the meaning of his craft and his life as an artist. In particular, his encounter with American collector Maurice Gangnat (Al Pacino) becomes a turning point that could profoundly impact his career.
