A young couple traveling freely in their caravan witnesses a horrific car accident on a deserted road. Shortly after leaving the scene, they realize that they are not the only survivors and that a malevolent entity called "The Passenger" has infiltrated their vehicle. This invisible and unstoppable force traps the pair in a physical and psychological cage, blocking their escape route.
