Wicked: For Good
With the land of Oz in turmoil, a demonized witch and a symbol of goodness must rediscover their past friendship.
Dubbed the Wicked Witch of the West, Elphaba lives a life of exile, hiding in the forests of Oz. While fighting for the freedom of the silenced animals of Oz, she also tries to uncover the truth about the Wizard. Meanwhile, Glinda lives in the palace in the Emerald City and has become a symbol of goodness in the eyes of the people of Oz. As Glinda's fame grows and she prepares to marry Prince Fiyero, she grieves over her breakup with Elphaba. Attempts at reconciliation between the two old friends fail, and the separation affects the lives of Boq and Fiyero, as well as the safety of Elphaba's sister Nessarose. Everything changes when a girl from Kansas enters their lives. As the crowds rise in revolt against the Wicked Witch, it becomes inevitable that Glinda and Elphaba will meet one last time. Now their friendship is at the center of their future and the future of all Oz, and they will need to truly understand each other to effect change.
