Four years after his inadvertent run-in with the Russian mafia, Hutch still owes the crime syndicate $30 million, which he pays back with a steady stream of assassinations against international criminals. Although he loves the action part of his "job", Hutch and his wife Becca are exhausted and estranged. So they decide to take a short vacation with their children. But a minor altercation with the outcasts of the town they are vacationing in makes them the targets of a corrupt amusement park operator and his shady sheriff. And so Hutch becomes the target of a deranged and bloodthirsty crime boss like no one he or anyone else has ever encountered.
