The movie tells the story of the lives of Müslüm Gürses and Muhterem Nur; Müslüm Gürses, who meets the baglama master Limoncu Ali at the Adana Public House, where he accidentally enters as a child, learns both musical knowledge and very important life lessons from him, which he will remember often in his later years. Limoncu Ali, beyond being a teacher, shows compassion to the child Müslüm and acts as a kind of father to him.
